RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT EASEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTIOTl TrTITH THE. 2~TARIGOLD SCHOOL
LJI~REAS, grant easements have been delivered to the County of Butte,
a political subdivision of the State of California, granting to said County
the right of laying down, inspecting, maintaining and using for conveying
drainage water, an open ditch and~or an underground main or pipe line at
the option of the Grantee and suitable manholes, connections and other
appurtenances, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress there-
from along a strip of land having a minimum width of ten feet in, on, over
and across, these certain premises situate in the County of Butte, State
of California and more particularly described in said Grant Easements,
which have heretofore been dated, executed and delivered to said County by:
Gilbert Alm and Ericka ri. Alm
Dated ?Tay 18, 1961
and
Theodore Sri. DeBernardi and Frieda DeBernardi
Dated April 22, 1961
'WT-IEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept the said
grant easements and conveyances.
NOT~f, THEREFORE, be';it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that said grant easements be accepted by
the County of Butte, and recorded together with a certified copy of this
Resolution.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Alldredge ~
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Bide , and
