WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Butte County have entered
into a freeway agreement with the State of California, Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, on August 8, 1860. , relating
to that certain portion of State Highway Route 21 in Butte County,
between Oroville and Wicks Corner; and
WHEREAS, this highway is being developed as a full freeway elim-
mating all private access openings; and
WHEREAS, the development of the area requires additional public
access to the lands west of the freeway;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of
Butte County that the Division of Highways be requested to provide an
overcrossing approximately O.gO mile north of the proposed Cottonwood
Road separation,
BE IT also resolved that this Board will execute a freeway agreement
revised to include the above_mentioned overcrossing when one"is presented
by the Division of Highways.
