HomeMy WebLinkAbout61-041~~~~ 1 RESOLUTION NO. 61- ~~ 2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 3 COUNTY Ok` BUTTE, STATE OE` CALTE'ORNIA 4 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF COUNTY BEAT, PROPERTY ,6 (Government Code Section 25526. et seq.} '6 WFlERFAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of ~7 Butte, State of California, did on the 12th day of June., 1961, ,g pass and adopt a resolution entitled, "Resolution and Notice ;g Declaring Intention to Sell Real Property"; and 10 : WHEREAS, notice of said intended sale was given in 'I1 accordance with Section 25528 of the Government Code of the ;12 State of California; and Y3 WI3EREA5, the real property hereinafter described was 14 in said Notice of Intention described, together with the easemexzt Z5 appurtenant thereto; and 16 WHEREAS CHARFsES W. YOUNG, for the benefit of himself ?~7 and CAPTAIN BRUCE A. JENSEN, submitted the highest written ;fig proposal at said sale, to wit, the sum of $4,805.00; and ~g W~iEREAS, no higher oral bid was obtainable, and said ~p bid so received was the minimum set in said resolution of 21 intention. 22 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISO €, 23 of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 24 1. That the written proposal and bid of CHARLES W. 25 YOUNG, for the benefit of himself and CAPTAIN BRUCE A.
