That said Board hereby declares that it intends '9 to sell all of those certain parcels of real property situate in 10 the County of Butte, State of California; more particularly 11 described as follows, to wit: 12 PARCEL ONE: A portion of the North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 3 East, 13 M.D.B.&M., more particularly described as followst 14 Beginning at the Northeast corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by deed to R. T. Kimmons and Mary S. 15 Kimmons and recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, June ll, 1959, 16 in Boole 1L102, Official Records, at page 256; thence South 10° 31' 14" West, along the Easterly boundary 17 of said parcel and the existing Westerly right-of-way line of the Skyway, 87.04 feet; thence North 21° 42' 18 East, parallel with the centerline of the Skyway 92.06 feet; thence North. 89° 50' 23" West, along the 19 extension of the Northerly line of the above-mentioned parcel 18_17 feet to the point of beginning, containing 20 an area of 0.018 acres, more or less. 21 Reserving to the owners o£ the property lying Westerly of and adjacent to the above described parcel and to 22 their heirs and assigns, a perpetual right of way over all of the .above described parcel. What notice of the adoption of this Resolution 2 and the time and place of holding the meeting to consider 3 sealed proposals for the sale of said property, shall be given by posting a copy of this Resolution, signed by the Chairman '6 of the Board, in three public places in the County, not less 6 than 15 days before the date of the meeting, and by publishing 7 the notice in the County, pursuant to Section 6063 of the $ Government Code, to wit: Once a week for three weeks. 9 7.
