RESOLUTION No. 61 - 63
RESOLUTION REQUESTING RELII~UISHMENT OF
ACCESS RESTRICTION ON MONTGOMERY STREET, EXTENDED
OROV ILLE~ CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte,, State of California, as follows:
1. That said Board, hexeby requests of the Division of Tighways,
that the State of California, relinquish the access restrictions on
the southerly side of Montgomery Street extended, Oroville, California
from Marysville goad to, a point opposite the westerly end of the
access restriction on the northerly side of said Montgomery Street,
extended.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Division of Highways, Marysville office, attention Mr. Sheridan.
The foregoing resolution was duly adopted, and passed, at a
regular meeting of~the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State
of California,,, on the 21st day of August, 1961, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
NOES : Pdone
ABSENT: None
