C,1-b7 ','.`r: `NCO' iral RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION TO INCLUDE LANDS HAIiIk1ETT yA~V1ES, CountpCler~TTHIN THE HILL,-n-DALE ASSESS1yiENT DISTRICT CIEpp[ OR THC BOA~tD ~~l~pp~9GU~PEiIR~%V~SDRS B'1C.~"L~ DF3UTY WHEREAS, on August 2$, 1gb1, l~laynard Davis and Louise Davis, the owners of certain lands located in the County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as Lot 25, of Hill-n-Dale Subdivision, Unit Na. 1, which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, in iviap Book 17, ~t:;pages 3 and ~., have petitioned this Board to include said lands within the boundaries of the Hill-n-Dale Assessment District, to d© additional work thereon and to have said lands assess fvr the costs ana expenses of work and improvements in accordance with the Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto, which said work and improvement said owners declared would benefit said land and to order serial bonds to be issued in accordance with the provisions of said Act to represent any unpaid assessments for said work and improvement and to order said bonds to contain certain provisions which said owners requested that said bonds contain; and ~rIHEREAS, said owners declared that they were all of the owners of said land described in said petition and declared that they waived all of the provisions of Division 1~., of the Streets and Highways Code of California, (the special Assessment, Investigation, i,imitation, and Majority protest Act of 1931) and all investigations, proceedings and reports provided for therein; and WHEREAS, this Board is of the opinion that said petition shall be granted. NOW THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, That this Board finds and determines respecting the petition:,, filed August 2$, 1861, with the Clerk of this Board, that all of the owners of the real property described therein have signed said petition -1- ~.e~~'?' and,have waived all the provisions of Division ~,, of the Streets and Highways Code (The Special Assessment, Investigation, Limita- tion.and i~a,jority Protest Act of 1931) and all investigations, proceedings and reports provided for therein. That this Board hereby grants said Petition and hereby determines to do said work and improvements under the Improve- ment Act of 1911 and to include said lands within the bow.ndaries of 3iill-n-Dale Assessment district and to assess the costs and e~cpenses thereof on said district of lands and hereby determines to issue improvement bonds under said Act to represent unpaid assessments and hereby determines that said bonds shall contain specific provisions as requested by said owners. That this Board hereby directs the Engineer of Rork to prepare and present to this Board, wherE required by law, plans and specifi~~tivns for doing said work together with careful estimates of the costs and expenses thereof.
