RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte,
State of California, that the amended map of the Boundaries,
Hill-n-Dale Assessment District, submitted by the Engineer of
Work, showing the Changes in the boundaries of Hill-n-Dale
Assessment District, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit ttAn, and made a part hereof by reference be, and the
same is hereby approved, and that the Clerk of this Boarri
shall file the same in her office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, this 2$th. day of August,
1861, by the following vote, to wit:

All of Hill-n-Dale Subdivision, Unit No. 1, which
map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, November $,
19J~$, in Map Book 17, at Pages 3 and /~, and more
particularly described as follows;
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said "Hill-n-
Dale Subdivision", said point being on the Westerly
line of Palermo Road; thence South 20025' East,
332.05 feet along said Westerly line of Palermo
Road to a point on the Southerly line of Arnold
Avenue; thence South 69°35' West, 135.00 feet
along the Southerly line of Arnold Avenue to the
Northeast corner of Lot 25 of said Hill-n-Dale
Subdivision; thence South 20025° East, along the
Easterly line of said Lot 25, 5>99 feet; thence
continuing along the Easterly line of said Lot 25,
on a 96;,00 foot radius curve to the left, through
a central angle of $°53'36" an arc distance of
14.9.79 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 25;
thence South $9'93$' West, along the Southerly boundary
of Hi 11-n-Dalle Subdivision, 612.$7 feet to the South-
west corner of Lot 19, of said Hi11-n-Dale Subdivision;
thence North 67°12'1$" West, 50,00 feet to a point on
the 'r~esterly line of Espee Avenue;•thence along the
are of a 5779.65 foot radius curve, whose tangent at
this point bears North 22°1~7$42~ East, through a central
angle of 5°05'2214, a distance of 513,23 feet to the North-
west corner of Lot 26, of said Hill-n-Dale Subdivisions
thence North $903$' Eastt along the Northerly boundary
of said Hi 11-n-Dale Subdivision 127,12 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
