APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CHANGES AND

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that the plans and specifications
submitted by the Engineer of Work, a copy of which is attached
hereto marked Exhibit nA~, and made a part hereof, which provide
for Changes and Additions to the work and improvement provided for
in the Resolution of Intention, Hill-n-Dale Assessment District,
passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Butte County,
State of California, on October 31, 1960, said changes and additions
consist of the additions of 60 feet of roll curb and gutter on the
southerly side of Arnold Avenue.
That said plans and specifications are hereby approved and
adopted by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORN3A, this 2$th day of August, 1961,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; SUPERVISORS A1ldred.ge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
