t~ RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC HEALTH AND COUNTX OF BUTTE IN RE PHYSICAL THERAPIST

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 'of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, as follows:

1. That the contract between the Department of Public
8
Health of the State of California and the County of Butte,

dated the 8th day of August, 1961, and numbered 135, providing
'10
for a physical therapist, is hereby approved and accepted by
11
the County of Butte,. and the Chairman of this Board is authorized
I2
to execute said contract on behalf of said County.

2. That the Clerk of this Board is authorized to

attach a certified copy of this Resolution to each copy of said
': 15
~~ cantract.

The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
17
Alldredge who moved its adopta.on, seconded by Supervisor
18
Pittman , and said Resolution was passed this 28th day
19
of August, 1961, on roll call by the following.vote:
