BOUNDARIES AND IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS
.RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require, and
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
hereby orders the following additions to the work and improvement
described in the Resolution of Intention, Hill-n-Bale Assessment District,
passed and adopted by the Board on October 31, 1960. That said changes
aforesaid consist of constructing 60 feet of concrete roll curb and
gutter along Arnold Avenue, on the northerly line of Lot 25 of Hi11-n-Dale
Subdivision, Unit No. 1, which map was filed in the office of the Record-
er of the County of Butte, State of California, November 8, 1948, in Map
Book 17, at Pages 3 and 4.
`-RESOLVED further, that it is the order of this Board that the
:boundaries of Hill-n-Dale Assessment District are changed to include
Lot 25 of Hill.-n-Dale Subdivision, Unit No. 1, which map was filed in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, in Map Book 17 at
Pages 3 and 4, and is located in the County of Butte, State of California.
RESOLVED further that it is the order of this Board that the cost
of the work described in Resolution of Intention, Hill-n-Dale Assessment
District, adopted October 31, 1960, together with the additional work
hereinabove set forth, be assessed on a district of lands. That the
boundaries of said district, and the extent of the territory included
therein and to be so assessed are shown on the amended map of Hili-n-Dale
Assessment District, passed and adopted by this Board of Supervisors, on
August 28, 1961, by Resolution No. 61-68, and on any lands hereinafter
lawfully included in said District.
:RESOLVED further that serial bonds shall be issued in the form and
manner described in the Resolution of Intention, Hill-n-Dale Assessment
District passed and adopted October 31, 1960, to represent the total

costs of the works of improvement described in said Resolution of
Intention and the Changes and additions provided for herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTiaD BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, this 18th day of September , 1961, by the
following vote, to-wit:
