2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
3 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ,
RESOLUTION AUTHORISING DEED
'S BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
g County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
q 1. That the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
g to execute that certain quitclaim deed from the COUNTY OF BUTTE
`g unto R, T. KIMMONS, dated the 18th day. of September, 1961.
!10 2. That the COUNTY OF BUTTE; by said deed, quitclaims
11 the real property therein described unto the grantee therein
1.2 named, and this Resolution authorizes such conveyance.
13 The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
14 Steineg~er who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
'15 PrydP __, and said Resolution was passed this 18th day
16 of September, 1961, upon roll call by the following vote:
17 AYES= Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, St~;inegger and
Chairman Giles
