RESOLUTION NO. 61-80
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE. .STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTFIORI~ING DEED
BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
County of Butte, State of Califoxn~.a, as follows:
1. That the Chairman of the. Board is hereby authorized
to execute that certain quitclaim deed. from the COUNTY OF BUTTE
unto JAMES M. HOBBS, dated the 18th day of September, 1961.
2. That the COUNTY OF BUTTE', by said deed, quitclaims
the real property therein described unto the grantee therein
named, and this Resolution authorizes such conveyance.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Steinegger who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
Prude and Said Resolution was passed this 18th day
of September, 1961, upon roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Stiapervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Prude, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles '
NOES : Pdone
ABSENT : None
