3 COUNTY' OE BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORISING DEED
'S BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
'~.g County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
7 1. That the Chairman of the, Board is hereby authorized
g to execute that certain quitclaim deed from the COUNTY OF BUTTE
J unto T3UGH M. BEVERLEY, dated the 18th day of September, 1961.
10 2. That the COUNTY Ok' BUTTE by said deed, quitclaims
~1 the real property therein described unto the grantee therein
lZ named, and this Resolution authorizes such conveyance.
I3 The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
14 _-~~einegger ___ who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
15 Fryde and said Resolution was passed this 18th day
16 of September, 1961, upon roll call by the fallowing vote:
