BOARD OF SUPERVISORS -~--
COUNTY OF BUT'T'E, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOZ.,UTION ESTABLISHING FUND ENTITLED "FAMILY TRUST FUND"
IN THE OFFICES OF THE AUDITOR AND TREASURER OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE
WHEREAS, heretofore the District Attorney has been
handling all funds received from absent fathers; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined by this Board that
said funds shall be deposited with the County of Butte, and dis-
bursed by the County of Butte as received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That there is hereby established in the offices
of the Auditor and Treasurer of the County of Butte, a fund to
be entitled "Family Trust Fund", which said fund shall be used
to record receipts and disbursements of family support payments
that are supervised by the District Attorney of the County of
Butte.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Pryde who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Pittman and said Resolution was adopted
and passed this 18th day of September, 1961, on roll call by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pr,~rde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
