RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT
OF EASENENT IN RE
KUSEL ROAD OVERHEAD
TEAS, an instrument dated September 15, 1961, has heretofore
been executed and delivered by TFIE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, the
Grantors named therein, unto the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California,
Grantees therein named., conveying an easement for a public highway, over
and across that certainxeal property situated 3si the County of Butte, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of the northease quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 31, Township 19, Range 4 East,
M.D.B.~K., and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 31;
thence South 00° 04* 07" East along the east line of
said Section 31, a distance of 734.21 feet; thence
South 82° 37' West 268.64 feet to a point on the easterly
right of way line of The Western Pacific Railroad Company
and the true point of beginning of this description; thence
South 70 23~ East along said right of way line 50.00 feet;
thence South 820 37' West 210o0D feet to the westerly right
of way line of the said The Western Pacific Railroad
Compar~y~; thence North 70 23~ West along said right of way
Line 100.00 feet; thence North 820 37' East 210.00 feet
to said easterly right of way line of The Western Pacific
Railroad Company; thence South 70 23' East along said
right of way line 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing an axea of 21,OOD.00 square feet, more or less.
T,dHEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept said
easement;
N04d, Tf~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that said Easement be accepted,
and recorded together with a duly certified copy of this resolution.
The foregoing resolution was introduced October 1d ~ 19 61 ~
by Supervisor Pittman , who moved its adoption,
seconded by Supervisor Alldredge , and passed on roll
call by the following vote:
