4 RESOLUTION RENEWING AGREEMENT CaITH CQUNTY
OF ST~ASTA IN RE, "IiANl~,OOPS ~_, INC_"

AREAS, on the 19th day of December, 1960, the County
6
of Shasta and the County of Butte entered into an agreement in
7
relation to the propagation and planting of steelhead trout by
8
California Kamloops, Inc„ within the County of Butte for the
9
fiscal gear 1960-61; and

WI~REAS, said agreement provides that it may be
11
renewed each year by the Board of Supervisors of Butte and Shasta
12
Counties passing a proper resolution]

NOTnia THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD QF SUPERVISORS
14
of the COUNTY OF BUTTEQ. STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
15
1. That the agreement between the County of Shasta and
16
the. County of Butte, dated the 19th day of December, 1960, and
17
hereinbefore referred to, be renewed for the fiscal year 1961-62,
18
and that the Auditor of the County of Butte be authorized to draw
19
a warrant in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),
20
in accordance with and for the purpose stated in said agreement
21
for the fiscal year 1961-62,
22
2. -That a certified copy of this Resolution be transmitter
23
to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Shasta.
24
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
25
Steinegger , who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
26
Pryde and said Resolution was passed this 23rd day
