BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
.COUNTY OF BUTTEa STATE OF CALIFORNIA i
RESOLUTION AUTHORT~TNG CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA as followss
1. That said County hereby enters into that certain
agreement, dated the 30th day of October, 1961, by and between
the County of Butte and the City of Chico to perform certain acts
which will result in the construction of a storm drainage system
in the vicinity of State Highway Route 3, a freeway to be
constructed along a new alignment in and near the City of Chico.
2. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the County of
Butte, and the Director of Public C~Torks is ,authorized to do and
perform the things required to be done by County in said contract.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Alldre dge , who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
Pittman , and said Resolution was passed this 30th day of
October, 1961, :on roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Steinegger u Chairman Giles
NOES: Supervisor Pryde
ABSENT: Plone
