RESOLUTION NO. 61- 94
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE-CTTY-COUNTY
AGREEMENT IN RE DRAINAGE ALONG STATE
HIGHWAY ROUTE 3, CHICO~ CALIFORNIA, AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California as follows, to wit:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain
agreement dated the 20th day of Idovember 1961, by and
between the State of California, acting by and through the
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, therein called
"State," and the City of Chico, therein called "City," and the
County of Butte, therein called "County," relating to the joint
construction by City and County of a storm drainage system in
the vicinity of State Highway Route 3, in the City of Chico,
County of Butte, State of California, and the Chairman of this
Board is hereby authorized to execute and enter into said
contract on behalf of the County of Butte.
2. That the Clerk of this Board is authorized to
attach a certified copy of this Resolution to each copy of said
agreement.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Andre e ~ who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Pittman and said Resolution was passed
this 20th day of November, 1961, on roll call by the following
vote:
AYES: Superva.sors Alldredge, Pittman, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
NOESc Supervisor Pryde
ABSENT : None ,{
