RESOLUTION NO. 61- 95
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH HIGHWAY
Vehicle Code, Section 21354
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California as follows:
1. 'c`hat the following county road and highway within
said County of Butte is hereby declared to be a through highway:
KEEFER ROAD, between State Highway Route 3 and
Gohasset T~ighway.
2. That the Department of Public Works of the County
of Butte is hereby instructed to have legal stop signs properly
erected at the necessary entrances thereto.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
~,p~~_, who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
pr-,nee and said Resolution was passed this 20th day
of November, 1961, on roll call by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors Alldredge, Piftman, Pryde, Ste3negger and
Chairman Giles
