BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF_CALIFOItNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING COST SERVICE
CONTRACT FOR EXAMINATION OF PERSONNEL
BE IT RESOLUEn by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of .California as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain
contract entitled "cost Service Contract Form A," dated the
13th day of November, 1951, by and between the State Personnel
Board and the County of Butte, wherein said State Personnel
Board agrees, at the option of the County of Butte, to schedule
and hold examinations of prospective county personnel, be
approved and that the Chairman of this Board be authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the County of Butte.
i 2. That the Clerk of this Board attach a certified
copy of this Resolution to each copy of said contract.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Pr~*de who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
Pittman ,,,,, and said Resolution was passed this ~(~th
day of November, 1961, on roll call by the following vote:
AYE Ss Supervisors Alldredge, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Pryde
