RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH CALIFORNIA
~ STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH TN RE
PROJECT N0. 58-M-1, CONTRACT NO. 275 AMENDED
i
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California as follows, to wit:
1. That said Board hereby approves and enters into, on
behalf of the County of Butte, that certain agreement dated the
4th day of December, 1961, between the State of California and
the County of Butte, being Project No. 275, as amended, and the
Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute and enter
into sand contract on behalf of the County of Butte.
2• That the Clerk of this Board is authorized to attach
a certified copy of this Resolution to each copy of said contract
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Steine er who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor A11dred e
and said Resolution was passed
this 18th day of December, 1961, on roll call by the following
vote:
AXES: Supervisors Alldredge, Pi-Etman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Giles
