AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 515 OF THE COUNTY OI' BUTTE,
AND AMENDMENTS THERETO
1 WHEREAS those portidhs of Ordinance 515, as amended, per- '

i 3 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the

4 County of Butte,.:to henceforth make personnel regulations by resolution,

5 now therefor®
"6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
7 California DO ORDAIN as follows:
$ 1, That Ordinance 515, and all amendments thereto, b®ing
i 9 Ordinances 546 and 566 are hereby r®pealed.

10 2. This ordinance shall take effect, 30 days after the date
11 of its adoption and before the expiration of 15 days after its
'12 passage shall be published once with the nam®s of the members
13 voting for and against the same in __ Bie~~s News ~
