AN ORDIlVANCE AMENDII~TG ORDINANCE NO, 520 RELATIlVG
TO FEES FOR PERMIT ,}NDER "RILEY A CT''a
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, do
ordain as follows:
1. That Butte County Ordinance No, 520 is hereby amended by adding
to Section 3 thereof the following:
Such permit when issued shall be in full force and effect fer a period of
one year from the date of issuance, Such permit once issued may be,renewed
after the expiration date upon payment of one-half of the original fee provided
no r_ew plans or specifications are submitted with such application fer renewal
L` na:v or additional plans and specifications are submitted to the Department
of Public Works after the expiration date of a permit, such submission shall
constitute a new application and require the payment of the full fee as herein
before provided.
L, This Ordinance shall. be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after the date of its =passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names
of the members voting for and against it in the Paradise News Press
a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte, State of
California,.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting of said Board on the 17th day
of March, 19580 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Black, Huggins, Kepple, Pryde and Chairman Alexan~r
NOES: None
