AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNzA, ZONING A PORTION
OF SAID COUNTX PURSUANT TO EXISTING
ORDINANCE NOS. '4.75 AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY,
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0, 601 OF SAID COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4.75 of said County, being the-Zoning
Enabling Ordinance of said. County as amended by Ord~.nance No. 5228 do
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Buttes State of Californian shall be zoned as an t°A®R~' (Agricultural
Residential) Districts as hereinafter described and subject to all of the
restricted uses applicable to an nA«~R" District,-said area so zoned being
located in the community of Paradises Californiae particularly described
as follows
Beginning at the quarter-corner common to Bastions 25 and 30 of
T. 22 N. R. 3E., and T., 22 N. R. 1~E; thence"northerly on said.
township line to the quarter_corner common to Sections 13 and 1$
of s~3.d townships, thence easterly along half®section line to its
intersection with the boundary line of the Paradise Irrigation
District; thence southerly and westerly along said Paradise
Irrigation District Boundary to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. Subject only to the exceptions provided in Section 38
the District in its entirety .shall be subject to the following re-
strictions, restricted uses and regulations:
a. These land uses shall be permitted and are authorized without
issuance of a use permit: ',
(1) Single family dwellings provided that minimum building
site area, widths side yard and front yard requirements are comet
plied with in each case as follower
A. Minimum building site area: Eight thousands one
hundred twenty-five ($,125} square feet.
B. Minimum building site ~,ridth: Suety®five (65) feet.
C, Minimum front yard depth: Twenty five (25) feet,
D, Minimum side yard on each side: Six (6) feet.
(2) Agricultural uses except poultry farming and livestock
raising.
(3) Buildings accessory to agricultural uses,
