RESOLUTION EXTENDING TII~ ON CONTRACT
HILL-n-DALE ASS;~;SSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that the Director of Public Works,
be and he is hereby directed to grant an extension of time of
EIGHTY FIVE WORKING DAYS-TO-JAN. 2 1962 ('$5 J days to:
A. TEICHERT & SONS INC.
CONTRACTOR
on his Contract to improve Clinton Avenue, Arnold Avenue, Espee
Avenue, and l~lidway Avenue, within the subdivision of Hill-n-Dale,
as shown on the official map or plat thereof, recorded in the
', office of the County Recorder, County of Butte, State of California,
on November $, 19~.$, in Itilap Boom 17 at Pages 3 and 1~., by constructing
thereon pavement cansisting of gravel base with penetration treatment
'•and double seal coats, drainage facilities, concrete curbs and gutters
'-and all necessary appurtenances to the above described improvements,
within or adjacent to the boundaries of the Hi 11-n-Bale Assessment
District as.the same are shown on the amended map and diagram thereof
-filed in the office of the Clerk of this Board in the County of Butte,
:',State of California, on August 2$, 1961.
Time extension to continue from time. fixed for the completion
'of work in said CONTRACT for said work of February 2, 1961.
