HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-003~ h ~.~~~ RESOLUTION ISO. ~ ~ ^3, RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PROCEEDINGS AND ASSESSMENT ;II LL-n-DALE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT j '~ WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work, for the County of Butte, State of California, has heretofore made and filed with the Clerk ofthis Board of Supervisors, an Assessment together with a Diagram ancT Engineerts Certificate to represent the costs and expenses (in.cluding incidental expensesS for the work of improvement with anal adjacent to the boundaries of Hill-n-Dale Assessment District is a's~the same are shown on the amended map Hill-n-Dale Assessment District, which map was approved and adopted by this Board by Resolution No. bl-6$, on August 2$, 1961, that said work and im- provement is described in detail in the Resolution of Intention-- H3.11-n-Dale Assessment District adopted October 31, 1960, and Resolution Ordering Work-Hill-n-Dale Assessment District, adopted i;, ;, Alovember 21, 1960, and the Resolution of Intention to Order Changes in_District Boundaries and Improvement Proceedings, Resolution No.b1-70 adopted August 2$, 1961, and Resolution Approving Changes in District Boundaries and Improvement Proceedings, Resolution No. 01-73, adopted September 1$, 1961, which resolutions are hereby referred to for said d;es;cription of work. The proceedings for the making of which improve- ments were initiated by the adoption of this Board of the Resolution o~'jIntention - Hi l1-n-Dale Assessment District passed and adopted on i O'ctober 31, 1960, and Resolution of Intention to Order Changes in IiriT ~rovement Proceedings, Resolution Number 61-70, passed and adopted ;: by ,;this Board of Supervisors on the 2$th day of August 1961, said Resolutions have been duly published according to the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and z r. ~ !~ VdfiE~AS, :1~'r+~ ~~-~-~ _ , 1962, was the time fixed by the said Clerk for the hearing by this Board upon the assess- ment, and it also was the time fixed for the hearing of any appeals by any person interested in said work or in said assessment, and ~7HEREAS, no appeals have been filed and made to this Board and -1- ~.~:~~ this Board has heard the evidence upon said Assessment with the Diagram and EngineerTs certificate attached thereto and this Board is satisfied that the sarne is correct; therefore IT IS TTEREBY RESOLVED TT~+.T THESE PROCEEDINGS ARE HEREBY COidFIRI'~3ED, and IT IS HEREBY FURTHE~~. RESOLVED that said Assessment, together with the Diagrarn anal Engineer+s Certificate attached thereto, be, and the same are hereb;~ ratified, approved, and confirmed in all :respects as filed.
