BOARD OF. SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FUND ENTITLED '!BUILDING AND
SUBDIVISION INSPECTION WORKING CAPITAL FUND't
WHERP~I.S it is anticipated that certain sums of money will be
collected for the purpose of inspecting commercial and residential
buildings and fees from subdividers for approving maps and specifics-
tions, and
-riHER.it is the desire of the Auditor and Treasurer of the
County of Butte that said money be kept in a special and separate
fund
WHER~,AS Government Code Section 252&0 grants authority to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, to.
establish such Working Capital Funds.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That there shall be established in the offices of the Auditor
and Treasurer of the County of Butte a Working Capital Fund
entitled t'Building and Subdivision Inspection.°'
The foregoing Resolution was introduced' by Supervisor Pittman ,
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor P e ,and
said Resolution was adopted and passed this 15tdz day of 7an~ ,
1962, on ro11 call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman Alldrec
NOES: None
ABSENT: Np~
