RESOLUTION ~YITiORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ~-.~ ~~
COUNTY OF BUTTE AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA
IN RE SERVICE FEES FOR COUNTY ROAD RII~OCATIONS
WHEREAS, County of Butte desires to review the proposals of the
State of California for standards, alignment, plans and specifications for
construction of two {2) Butte County roads, to wit: (1) Oroville to Quincy,
and (2} Oroville to Feather Falls, which are required to be relocated because
of inundation by Oroville Reservoir; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has presented Service Agreement
No. 351684 covering these items;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain agreement
dated the day of
1962, by and between 3~ate of California and County of Butte.
2. That said Board authorizes-the Butte County Director of Public
Works to execute said agreement in behalf of the County of
Butte.
3. That certified copies of this Resolution be attached by the
Clerk of said Board to said agreement and the required copies
thereof.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was introduced by Supervisor Prude
'who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Pittman , and
said Resolution was adopted and passed this 14th day
of February , 1962, upon roll call by the fol3.owing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Fryde, Steinegger and Chairman Alldredge
