Z RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California;
3 WfiEREAS, ursder regulations issued by the Commissioner of Public Roads
j¢ under the Federal-aid Highway Act of 1944., the Department of Public Works,
,{ Division of Highways, a.rz cooperation with the County and the Bureau of Public
'g Roads has been designated to select a Federal-aid Secondary' System in this
~ County; and
8 WHEf~A5, this Board desires to change F.A.S. Route 5--1169 and
! 9 F.A.S. Route 5-527;
ld NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the
11 County of Butte, State of California, that this Board requests the revision of
12 said routes from the following termini:

25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board is hereby
26 authorized to execute said Resolution on behalf of the County of Butte and
27 cause executed copies to be delivered to the Department of Public Works,
28 Division of Highways.
29 The foregoing Resolution was introduced March 26 , 1962,
