RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COUNTY--STATE AGREEt~IT ~~
F.A.S. PROJECT S 1334 (1)
BE IT RESOLVID by the BOARD, OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County enter into County-State Agreement No. 20,
Federal-Aid Secondary Roads, District III, Butte County, Federal Project
s-1334(1), Palermo Road-Lincoln Street, and the Chairman of this Board be
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said County.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy
of this Resolution to said agreement.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor 'P rde
who moved its adoption; seconded by Supervisor Pittman
and said resolution was passed this 26th day
of March , 1962, on roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Pxyde, Steinegger and Chairman Alldredge
NOES:' None
ABSENT : None

by and between the COUNTY OF F311~~ ,State of California,
hereinafter referred to as the "County," and the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
(Division of Highways) of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as the "Department:"
WITNESSETH:
It is agreed between the parties that the project or projects hereinafter described shall
be constructed under and pursuant to, and in accordance with the provisions of the attached
Exhibits A and B, which exhibits are hereby made a part of this agreement.

funds prior to award of contract.
