lissociation has proposed a resolution regarding that the member
counties appear in the above referred to proceedings now pendin
before the Supreme Court of the State of California, and

of Co~ttra Costa and San Joaquin have sought Leave to appear as an
arnicus curiae, and

far as water rates, water contracts and other water ;natters are
concerned.
