BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING .BID FOR PURCHASE
OF CQUNTY REAL PROPERTY
SGOVernment Code Section 25526 et seq.)
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
-State of California, did on the 5th day of March, 1962, pass
and adopt a resolution entitled, "Resolution and Notice Declaring
Intention to Sell Real Property"; and
WHEREAS, notice of said intended sale was given in accord-
ance with Section 25528 of the Government Code of the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described was in
said notice of intention described sufficiently and located within
the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, EUGENE R„ MILLER, of P. O. Box 133, Sterling City,
California, submitted the highest written proposal at said sale,
to wit, the sum of $110.00; and
WHEREAS, no higher bid was obtainable, and said bid so
received was above the minimum set in said resolution of intention.
NOWB THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the written proposal and bid of EUGENE R. MILLER,
Po O. Box 133, Sterling City, Californian in the sum of $110000
for the-. hereinafter described real property, is hereby accepted,
2. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver to EUGENE R. MILLER and NORMA Ma MILLER,
husband and wife, as joint tenants, a deed to the hereinafter
described real property upon receipt by County of the sum of
$110°00.

3a That said real property to be conveyed by the County
of Butte unto EUGENE R. MILLER and NORMA M. MII<LER is situated
in the County of Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows.
I,ot 26, Block ATOo 2, as shown on that certain map
entitled "Map of Sterling City", which map was
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
Butte County on August 3, 1903, in Book 4 of Maps,
at page 33,
4. The foregoing resolution was duly adopted and passed at
a regular, open meeting of said Board held on the :2xid day of
April, 1962, upon roll call by the following vote:
