COUNTY OF BUTTER STATE OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLUTION AND ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN FIRE
,¢ PROTECTION DISTRICT FROM STRUCTURAL FIRE TA}C
5 WHEREAS, the EL MEDIO FIRE DISTRICT has petitioned
g tk~.e BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, in writing, for the exclusion of property
7 from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which said
g petitioner supported by a Resolution of the governing body of said
9 District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the Government
10 Code of the State of California;
11 NOWa THEREFORE,. BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the BOARD
12 OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
13 follows, to wit:
14 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of
15 the Government Code of the State of California, all property with-
16 in the limits of the EL MEDIO FIRE DISTRICT in the County of
17 Butte, including all property which may hereafter be annexed to
18 said District prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby ex-
19 cluded from a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire
20 protection of the areas in the County of Butte.
21 The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted and passed at
22 a regular meeting of this Board on the 23red day of April, 1962,
23 upon roll call by the following vote:
24 AYES. Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Pryde, Steznegger and
Chairman Alldredge
25 NOES : None
