BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION 1~iD ORDER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN FIRE PROTECTION
DISTRICT FROM STRUCTURAL FIRE TAX
WFTEREAS, the FARADISE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT has petitioned
the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, in writing, for the exclusion of propert
from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which. said
petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing body of sai
District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the Government
Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFOREs BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTEo STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follow
to wit:
1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of the
Government Code of the State of California, all property within the
limits of the PARADISE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT in the County of
Butte, including all property which may hereafter be annexed to
said District prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby ex-
cluded from a tax levy to provide funds for structural fire protec-
tion of the areas in the County of Butte.
The foregoing Resolution was duly adopted and passed at a
regular meeting of this Board on the 23rd day of April, 1962, upon
roll call by the following votes
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pitfaren, Px~rde, Steinegger and Chairman ~111dredge
NOES : none
ABSENT s None

parcels.
8. The foregoing resolution was duly adopted and
passed at a regular open meeting of said Board held on the
29th day of January, 1952, on roll call by the following vote:

Chairman Alldredge
