RESOL~JTTON BY THE AOARD OF SUPERVISORS ~ ~~.~
OF BUTTE COUNTX, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMN~IT W.CTH CITY OF OROV'n.T.F
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, that that certain agreement providing for the installation of
traffic control signals and highway lighting, at the intersection of Lincoln
Street and Oroville Dam Boulevard., within the City of Oroville and within
Butte County, California, shall be and the same is hereb~r approved for and in
behalf of the County of Butte.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Cha~~an of this Board be and he is hereb;
authorized and directed to execute said agreement in behalf of the County of
Butte, and to cause an executed counterpart of certified copy of this resolu-
tion to be attached to each counterpart of said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, on this 23rd day of
April , 19b2, by the following vote:

THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF OROVILLE TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMEPIT WITH THE COUNTY

OF A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM AT

WHEREAS, the City of Oroville and the County of Butte
are desirous of entering into an agreement covering joint partic-
ipation in the construction of traffic control signal systems and
highway lighting at the intersection of Oroville Dam Boulevard and
Lincoln Street,
GJHEREAS, said agreement is in the form attached hereto
marked "Exhibit A",
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Oroville, as follows:
1, That the Mayor is hereb~r authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Oroville that certain agreement
with the County of Butte attached hereto markefl "Exhibit A",
2. The Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED A.ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Oroville at an adjourned regular meeting on the 16th day of
April, 1962, by the follor;ing vote:
