COUNTY OF BUTTE, .STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT EASET~NT
[~HEFtEAS, a Grant Easement has been delivered to the County of Butt,
a political subdivision of the State of California, granting to said County
the right of laying down, inspecting, maintaining, and using for conveying
drainage water, an underground pipeline, together with the right of izigress
thereto and egress therefrom, in, on, and across that certain premise situate
in the County of Butte, State of California, and more particularly described in
said Grant Easement, which has heretofore been dated, executed and delivered
to said County by the following Grantors, to wit:
William J, Conley and Genevieve Conley, dated April 18, 1962; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County of Butte to accept said
Grant Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that said Grant Easement be accepted
by the County of Butte and recorded togetk~er with a certified copy of this
I Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was introduced by Supervisor Giles ~
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Pittman and said
resolution was passed this 23rd day of April , 1962,

the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($1.00.00) to the Grantor.
