RESOLUTION AUTHORZZIlVG CHAIRMAN
TO EKECUTE RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION ~#2
FOR k'AS PROJECT 1334(1), PAIgtNtO ROAD-LINCOLN STREET
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Right-of--Way Certification No. 2
in the name of the County of Butte, said document dated Mav 7.1~, 1962
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors at a regular meeting thereof on the ll~th
