RESOLUTION No. 62-5~ ~~ ~~~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA 1 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRAPdT DEED IN RE 2 PENTZ ROAD-NELSON BAR ROAD 3 ~ WHEREAS, an instrument dated May 15, 1962, has heretofore been exe- ~ cuted and delivered by the PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, the Grantor named B therein, unto the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State of California, Grantee therein named, 7 conveying a deed for a public highway, over and across that certain real $ property situated in the County of Butte, State of California, described as 9 follows: 10 Parcel I. Beginning at a point in the easterly boundary line of the county road known as Nelson Bar Road from which the north quarter corner of Section 18, Township 2l North, Range 4 East, 11 M,D,B.&M., bears N 25°59'50" W b87.00 feet distant and running thence along the easterly boundary line of said Nelson Bar Road 12 the following three courses, namely: southerly on a curve to the right with a radius of 305,00 feet, through a central angle of 13 17°45', and tangent at the northerly terminus thereof to a course which has a bearing of S 8°31'51"F an arc distance o£ 14 94,49 feet; thence S 9°13'©9" W 94.05 feet; and thence southerly on a curve to the left with a radius of 270.00 feet, through a 15 central angle of 16°5$', and tangent at the northerly terminus thereof to the preceding course, an arc distance of 79 95 feet; 16 thence Al $2°15'09" E 65.09 feet; thence N 39°28'09" E 107.22 feet; thence N 33°31'51" W 210,00 feet, more or less, to the 17 point of beginning; containing 0°43$ acre, more or less, and being a portion of the northeast quarter of said Section 18. 18 Parcel II. Beginning at the intersection of the westerly 19 boundary line of the county road known as Pentz Road with the westerly boundary line of the northeast quarter of said Section 20 1$ from which the north quarter corner of said Section 1$ bears N 0°24'51" W 477.57 feet distant and running thence along the 21 westerly boundary line of said Pentz Road the following five courses, namely: S 61°06'51" E 106.50 feet; thence southerly 22 on a curve to the right with a radius of 270.00 feet, through a central angle of 70°20', and tangent at the northerly terminus 23 thereof to the preceding course, an. arc distance of 331.44 feet;. thence south 9°13'09" W 40.b7 feet; thence southerly on a curve 2`} to the left with a radius of 330.00 feet, through a central angle of 32°5$', and tangent at the northerly terminus thereof 2B to the preceding course, an arc distant of 1$9.$7 feet; and thence S 23°44'51" E b0.13 feet; thence N 43°14'07" W 115.95 26 feet; thence N b°12'21" W 23804$ feet; thence N 22°57'34" 4d 1.42.47 feet; thence N 27°20'5$" W 126,85 feet; thence N 47°54'58" 2~ W 69.b1 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; containing 0.756 acre, more or less, and being a portion of the northeast 28 quarter of said Section 18, 29 WHEREAS , it is the desire of the County of Butte to acquire the 30 real property hereinbefore described for the purpose of roadway improvement; 31 and 32 WI~IERE~AS, it is the desire of the County of Butte to accept said deed; DIOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California as follows: -1- ~.~~~ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 ' l4 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 1. That the deed dated Nlay 15, 1962, from the Pacific Gas and Electric Compar~y to the County of Butte is hereby accepted; 2. That said deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Butte.
