RESOLUTION SETTING AMOUNTS OF OFF.LCT'AL BONDS TO BE EXECUTED

WHEREAS, Section 211150 of the California Government Code provides
that prior to the primary election immediately preceding the election of
county officers the Board of Supervisors shall prescribe t~ecamounts o£
official bonds of the Treasurer, County Clerk, A,uditax, Sheriff, Coroner,
Tax Collector, District Attorney, Recorder, Assessor, Surveyor,
Superintendent of Schools, Public Administrator, Judge of a Justice Court,
and Constables; and
WHEREAS, certaincof saideoffices have been consolidated by the
Charter of the County of Bute; now, therefore,
BE TT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
State of California, that the bonds of said officers as named in Section
211150 of the Oalifornia Government Code, and as consolidated by the
Charter of the County of Butte, be prescribed and set as follows:
The amount in which the Treasurer
and ex-officio Tax Collector and
ex-officio License Collector must
gxecute offici&1 bond. is hereby
determined and:='fixed at, the sum of - - - - - $ 250,000.00
The amount in which: the County
Clerk must execute official band
is hereby determined and"fixed at
the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 25,000.00
The mmount in which the Recorder
must execute official bond is hereby

The amount in which the Sheriff and
ex officio Coroner must execute his
official bond is hereby determined and
fixed in accordance with Section
2353 of the Government Cade as follows:

except Chico is set at $20,000.00 and Oroville $15,000.00
The amount in which each of the
Constables must execute his official
bond is hereby determined and fined

The amount in which the Surveyer, also
known as Road Engineer, Road
Commissioner, arxi Director of Public
Works, must execute his official bond
