1 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE - STATE OF CAT,IFORNIA

3 NOTICE AND RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO QUIT
CT,AIM PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF BIGGS
4 (Government Code Section 25365]
5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
6 Butte, State of California, as follows:
7 1. That the hereinafter described real property is not
8 required for County use.
9 2. That the City of Biggs desires to acquire said real
10 property to be used in its streets system.
11 3. That the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte at
12 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of June, 1962, or as soon thereafter
13 as the business of said Board will permit, in the Board of
14 Supervisors Room, in the Court House, fronting on Huntoon Street,
15 Oroville, California, will consider the conveyance "Qf_•tle hereinaf ex
16 described real property to the City of Biggs, and any person
1'7 interested therein may appear at said time and place and be heard.
18 4. That a copy of this Resolution shall be published in
19 a newspaper of general circulation, published in the County of
20 Butte, for at least one week prior to the time~set herein for
21 consideration by the Board of said conveyance.
22 5. That said real property is situate in the County of
23 Butte, State of California, more particularly described as
24 follows:
25 Being a portion of C Street and a portion of bth Street
in the City of Biggs, said C Street and 6th Street are
26 shown on that certain Record of Survey Map of the City of
27 Biggs filed in the office of the County Recorder of Butte
County, State of California, in Book 22 of Maps at page l6,
28 more particularly described as follows:
29 North 1/2 of C Street, between the .centerline 6th Street
and the east line of 7th Street.
30 East 1~2 of 6th Street, between the centerline of C Street
31 and the Southerly line of Biggs Rio Bonito Road.
32 All that certain 30 foot alley, lying east of and adjoining
Block 1, and north of the north line of F Street, as shown

on the Map of Fullers Addition to the City of Biggs,
filed March 3, 1909, in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Butte, State of California, in Map Book 6,
page 104.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Prvde who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor r;~PG and said resolution was passed
this 11th day of June, 1962, on roll call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittmanj, Pry~de, Steinegger and Chairman Alldre
