WfU;ftEAS, COUNTY OF BUTTE in conjunction. with Bureau of.Public Roads
Division of Highways desires to reconstruct and improve. Palermo Road-Lincoln
Street between Mill .Street and Oroville Dam Boulevard (FAS 1334(1)) to provide
the needed facilities to handle present and future traffic; and
WHEREAS, the said reconstruction and improvement necessitates the re-
alignment of County Road known as Baggett-Marysville Road where it intersects
Palermo Road-Lincoln Street project; and
Wf1EREAS, the realignment of the Baggett-Marysville Road calls.for the
alteration of Southern Pacific Company Crossing #CA 146.5 of said road;
NOW, THEREFnRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain indenture made the
11th day of June , 1962, by and between SOUTHERN PACIFIC COM-
PANY and COUNTY OF BUTTE wherein an easement for the crossing hereinabove des--
cribed is granted to the COUNTY OF BUTTE including a summary of 'Estimate for the
cost of the said work.
2. The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute said
indenture , and his signature attested to by the Clerk of this Board, and
acknowledged.
3• That a certified copy of this Resolution be attached by the Clerk
of said Board to said indenture and the required copies thereof.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Pryde
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Pittman
and said Resolution was adopted and p~.ssed this 11th
June , 1962, upon roll calf by the following vote:
