RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIl~NIAN
TO EXECUTE.RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION #2
FOR k'AS PROJECT 1334(1), PALERMO.ROAD-LINCOLN STREET
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No, 2
in the name of the County of Butte, said document dated
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors at a regular meeting thereof on the 11th
day of June , 19b2, by the following vote by roll

RIGHT--OF WAX CERTIFICATION N0. 2
THE COUNTY OF BUTTE hereby certifies in connection with the right
of way for FAS Project 1334(1)
1. Condemnation suits have been filed and orders of itmnediate
possession have been taken on all parcels not acquired by negotiations.
2. Materials will be from commercial sources. No buildings of
marketable value exist within the right of wayo Utilities exist within the
right of way; however, it is anticipated that the relocation of said utilities
will be made prior to the award of the contract. Pub]i.c Utilities Commission
approval for revision of railroad grade crossing No. CA 146.5 has been secured.
In making this certification, the County agrees to hold the State
harmless from any liability which may be established by and in the event the
right of way is not clear as herein certified.
