WHEREAS, The Board of Direc tors of the Butte County Fair has called
for and received bids for construction of two rest room units at the Butte
County Fairgrounds; and,
kHiEREAS, this construction is authorized under provisions of State
and County regulations pertaining to capital expenditures and improvements
on the Butte County Fairgrounds; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available to finance said project; and,
Tn4iEREAS, the COURSEY CONSTRUCTION C~FANY, l~27 Garden Highway,
Yuba City, California, has submitted a low base bid of Nineteen Thousand
Eight Hundred and Fffty Dollars ($19,80.00) and a low alternate bid of
Ninety-Two Dollars {$92.00) for said construction;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the low bide of the Coursey
Construction Compar{y, be and hereby is accepted, all other bids being
rejected, and that the chairman of the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, be authorized to sign the terms of the Agreement.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor Pxyde ,
who moved its adoption, seconded by ~pervisor Pittman ,and
said resolution was passed this 18th day of June, 19b2, on roll call by
the following vote:
