HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-0661I 2 3 4 51 6 7I 8 9 10 11 12 13 I4 15 16 17 18 19 20 2I 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 J_ T ~~, ~..~~~ RESOLUTION No. 62-66 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CAFsTFORNIA RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF COUNTY REAi, PROPERTY {Government Code Section 25526, et sego) WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, did on the 4th day of June, 1952, pas and adopt a resolution entitled, "Resolution and Notice beclaring Intention to Sell Real Property"; and WHEREAS, notice of said intended sale was given in accordance with Section'25528 of the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, the real property to be sold was described in said notice of intention to sell real property; and WHEREAS SOUTH HAMEEK REA'GTY COMPANY', a California corporation, whose address is P. 0. Box 689, Chico, California, submitted the highest written proposal at said sale, to wit: the sum of THIRTY THOUSANT] DOT'LARS ($30,000.00); and WHEREAS, no higher oral bid was obtained, and said bid so received was the minimum set in said resolution of intention. NOW~_ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1_ That the written proposal and bid of SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY COMPANY, P. O. Box 689, Chico, California, in the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00} is hereby accepted. 2. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby authorizec to execute and d:liver to SOUTH HAMEEK REALTY COMPANY a deed to said parcel as described in that certain deed dated June 25, 1962, upon receipt by the escrow holder of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLT,ARS ($30,000.00} , 3.
