RESOLUTION NO. 62
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORISING CONVEYANCE OF
COUNTY REAI. PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Biggs, a city within the County
of Butte, State of California, has requested the County of Butte
to execute a deed to property that is partially within the City
of Biggs; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is willing to execute said
deed in accordance with the terms thereof, which provide for
certain covenants to be given to the County of Butte to said
property.
NOWQ TT~.EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVIS
ORS of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That said County of Butte quit claims unto the City
of Biggs, all of its right, title and interest in said streets an
alleyways contained in that certain document entitled °Quit Claim
Deed" and dated the 25th day of June, 1962; and that the Chairman
of this Board be, and he is hereby authorized on behalf of the
County of Butte, to execute and deliver said Quit Claim Deed.
2. ghat the Clerk of thss Board is authorized to attac
a certified copy of this Resolution to said Quit Claim Deedo
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor
Pryde who moved its adoption, seconded by
Supervisor Steinegger and said Resolution was
passed on this 25th day of June, 1962, on a roll call by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Fryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Alldredge
NOES x None
