RESOLUTION OF TI1E BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION N0. 62- '72
WHEREAS, the County of Butte and the State of California, Dept.
of Public Works, Division of Highways, have heretofore entered into a
Freeway Agreement dated May 12, 1958, relating to that certain portion
of State Highway Route 3 between Center~lle Road and 3.6 miles north
of Chico; and
4~i~EREAS, it is necessary to provide an additional frontage road
to provide access to an otherwise landlocked parcel in the northeast
quadrant of the proposed. Skyway (Centerville Road) Interchange; and
LEI-IEP~EAS, the Division of Highways has prepared the attached
Exhibit "A" map indicating said frontage road in red;
NOW TI~REFORE, be it resolved that this Board will consider
and if _LrQPe~'in the determination of this Board may execute a freeway
agreement revised to include said frontage road when one is presented
by the Division of Highways.
Passed and adopted by the Board of .Supervisors of the County
of Butte on the 30th day of July , 1962.
