RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO
COUNTY-STATE AGREE~IE[dT N0. 20
F.A.S. PROJECT S133~.(1)
PALERMO ROAD - LIidCOLN STREET
BE IT RESOL~TED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County enter into Amendment to County-State Agreement No.
20, Federal-AidSecondary Roads, Bistrict III, Butte County, Federal Project
5-1331(1), Palermo Road-Lincoln Street, and the Chairman of this Board be
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said County.
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to said agreeanent.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor Pryde
who moved its adoption; seconded by Supervisor Pittman
and said resolution was passed this A~th day
of September , 1862, on roll call by the following vote:
