STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DATE: September 18, 1962
In the Matter of the Sale of Tax Deeded
Property by the County Tax Collector
Pursuant to a notice of intention to sell at public auction
certain tax deeded properties and request far approval thereof fi e
with this Board of Supervisors by the Tax Collector of Butte
County, September 12, 1952, it is resolved that approval be and
it is hereby granted for said sale as set forth in the said notic
and the said Tax Collector is hereby directed to sell the propert
as provided by law for a sum not less than the minimum price set
forth in this resolution.
The parcel or parcels of property that are the subject of thi
resolution are deeded to the State of California for delinquent
taxes and are situated in the County of Butte, State of Californi ,
being more particularly described as followss

Sold to the State June 28, 1957 for taxes of 1955-7 Sale Na. 23
Deeded to State July 2, 1962, Deed No. 4

event sale is being made without application the minimum price
shall not be less than the cost of advertising except as provided
in Sec. 3703•
Section 3476: Tax Deeded Property which is delinquent for the taxes of not more
than one year shall not be sold within two years following deed
to the State.
