BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the following County roads and highways ~~rithin said
County are hereby declared to be through highways:
1. FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, between Olive Highway and easterly right-of-vray
line of Edgewood Drive
2. FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, between westerly right-of-way line of Pinedale
Avenue and ~,dyntan Ravine
3. UPPER PALEI?PIO ROAD, bet~reen Lower Wyandotte Road and Palermo-
Honcut Highway

The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor Pittman
who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor Ste ine gger
, and adopted October 2nd , 1962, on roll call by
the follo~ring vote:
AYES: Supervisors Giles, Pittman, Pryde, Steinegger and
Chairman Alldredge
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
