been executed and delivered by F. C. Brazell and Dora Lee Brazell the Grantors

names therein, to the County of Butte, State of California, conveyi.no that certain
real property situated in the County of Butte, State of Ca7~ifornia, more
particularly described as follows, to wit; that portion of Glerua Haven Drive,
shown as Parcel A and Parcel B on the Glenn Haven Estates Subdivision, Unit #l,
recorded in the Butte County Recorders Office map book page
and,
~1Ta.EREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept said
conveyance:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RE50LUED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of. California, that said Deed be accepted, and recorded
together with a duly certified copy of this resolution.
